Born in India, Aditi Goel became curious about the concept of inner transformation at an early age. This led her to the study of mindfulness practices with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. Currently a junior at George Mason University, Aditi is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. She founded student organization “Dare 2 Be Wise”, which is a part of the GMU wellness community on campus. Her favorite hangout place is the Meditation Museum, VA. She recently published her autobiography “Playing with Cancer at Age 13”. Aditi believes that mindfulness can be fun! It is a tool for doing the inner work and for building a better, stronger humanity. Among her passions include dancing, playing chess, facilitating, and attending mindfulness sessions.
