Guest Juliana Herlaar
Juliana is a registered counsellor currently living in Vancouver BC. She works with clients who struggle with different forms of anxiety, body image issues and she supports people to communicate from their hearts.
Life to her has been a genuine journey and mysterious adventure. She believes we are all creating this beautiful tapestry of our selves in connection with others. Juliana's journey has led her through a deep transformation of reconnecting to her body, recognizing that she is a sensitive soul and learning to embrace and love that part of herself, and reconnecting to her voice to speak and express herself.
She has a deep love for the forest and the ocean. She loves cooking food, practicing yoga and having long deep conversations. She lives with her little cat Lumen, who has been such a wonderful companion during these last few weeks.
