Title: The Basics of a Somatic Practice
In this episode Seiji OshenZa explains the basic guidelines for using somatic movements on an every-day basis and shows which movements should always be used no matter what your issues and goals are. He will also shed some advice on how to reprogram your subconscious mind to facilitate quick healing and regeneration in your body.
It is recommended to be in a calm and quiet environment for doing somatics. Movements should be done gently without triggering unnecessary discomfort. Wear comfortable clothing. Drink plenty of water. Treat your body kindly.

Chronic muscular pain is an epidemic all over the world. There are many ways to deal with chronic pain but most modalities don’t go to the root cause of the problem, which actually lies in the habit-forming brain.
Enter Clinical Somatic Education: A unique healing modality that uses the already built-in neurological functions of the body to create lasting pain relief, a higher quality of life and regained freedom of movement.
Seiji OshenZa, a certified Clinical Somatic Educator, offers his viewers a way out of chronic pain and habitual muscular tension by teaching them the Art of Pandiculation. A movement technique that literally reprograms the brain to release chronic muscular tension quickly and easily, with long lasting effects.
On the show he offers clear instructions on how to deal with lower back pain, shoulder tension, sciatic problems and many other such conditions in an effort to help humanity to harness their own innate healing powers and to put a stop to this spreading epidemic of chronic pain.
Along with live demonstrations of this revolutionary modality, Seiji will be interviewing other notable Somatic Practitioners from around the world to further promote somatic awareness and understanding.
His message: There is a path to freedom and it’s already inside you.
