About Season 4 - "Awake in the Body"
This season, through conversations with body centered practitioners, yoga teachers, and teachers of mindfulness and non-dual wisdom, let’s weave our way through the skillful means to touch to and awaken the wisdom and nourishment available through the body. Ever mindful of a broad cultural denial of the body, we share pieces of our own journeys, and offer skills to help awaken us to our own wisdom.
In this strange time that surrounds us, we are looking everywhere for answers, for the truth, the facts, and ways to safely navigate. More and more of us turn within, and begin to trust the wisdom within, moving beyond the divided world of facts, to the wholeness of the heart.
