In this episode, we develop the quality of alertness, and we begin to explore a subject/subject (instead of a subject/object) relationship with the world . Many of the elements of Kum Nye begin to cohere, as we soften our senses, open a two way channel of sensing, and bring brightness to spaciousness. Ideally, repeating this practice for at least a week will help anchor the qualities we are seeking.
